Great Opportunity Means Great Responsibility

ITC and our "Sky-Hawks" Recruitment Campaign team understand that great opportunities carry great responsibility. We are looking for talented technicians who embrace our standards and who are prepared to help us live out our commitment to our owner organizations and the communities we serve through safety, quality and respect for the environment.

ITC's Statement Corporate Responsibility

ITC focuses its corporate responsibility efforts in three main areas:

  •      - Providing a safe, healthy and enabling work environment that embraces diversity and offers career development           opportunities
  •      - Conducting business to the highest ethical standards;
  •      - Delivering responsible programs which focus on the unemployed and underemployed, such as our veterans initiatives

Health, Safety and Environmental Responsibility

Ensuring the health and safety of our employees, our clients and the public is a core value of ITC. We uphold this value in the same way that we ensure the quality of our work – by carefully controlling and monitoring every phase of our projects.

Training is key to preventing accidents and incidents. Our tower technicians and tower supervisors receive extensive training on how to perform their jobs safely, properly and in compliance with all regulations.

Safety is the responsibility of every employee at ITC, and zero incidents is our foremost goal. Our trained personnel work to ensure the safety of themselves, their coworkers, the customer and the public.

All tower technicians and tower supervisors are required to take the following training on line the first week of employment, regardless of his or her prior experience, training or training certifications. ITC's safety manager will work with new employees to ensure they have access to portals which deliver this training, and a designated training coordinator to call if they have questions.
